Drive-For-Me Services provides reliable personal driver and concierge support designed around your schedule. Below are answers to the questions we receive most often.

What is Drive For Me™?
Drive For Me™ provides trained, insured professional drivers to operate your personal vehicle for errands, appointments, travel, airport drop-offs, events, and other transportation needs.

What vehicles qualify?
Your vehicle must be insured, registered, and in safe operating condition.

Do you require proof of
insurance?
Yes. Your vehicle must be properly insured. You may be asked to provide proof of insurance.

Do I need to fuel my vehicle before service?
Yes. Vehicles must have enough fuel for the scheduled service. If refueling is required, the client is responsible for fuel costs and time.

Can the driver run errands without me in the car?
Yes. Drivers may use your vehicle to complete errands such as grocery pickup, pharmacy runs, etc.

What is the minimum booking time?
A 2-hour minimum is required for all bookings unless otherwise noted.

What service durations do you offer?
You may book hourly, 2-hour minimum, 4-hour block, 6-hour block, full day (8 hours), or hour-packs (10/20/40).

How do 10-, 20-, or 40-hour packs work?
You purchase time upfront at a discounted rate. Hours may be used across multiple sessions within 30 days.

How do I schedule remaining hours in an hour-pack?
You may book additional sessions until your hours are used. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help.

Why does my 40-hour pack show a 24-hour duration?
Due to booking system limitations, up to 24 hours may be scheduled at one time. Remaining hours can be scheduled later at no additional charge.

How far in advance can I book?
Bookings can be made as far in advance as the calendar allows. Same-day booking is subject to availability.

Can I request the same driver each time?
Yes. Requests are welcomed and honored when possible. If your preferred driver is unavailable, another qualified driver will be assigned.

How does Airport Drop +
Vehicle Return work?
A driver transports you to the airport using your vehicle, assists curbside, and then returns your vehicle to your home or other approved location.

What is your cancellation
policy?
– 24+ hours’ notice: No charge
– Less than 24 hours: 50% of estimated booking
– No-show (after 15-minute grace): Full charge

Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes. Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours’ notice. Less notice is treated as a cancellation.

What if the driver is late?
Any delay caused by our driver will be credited back to your service time.

Are drivers background-checked?
Yes. All drivers undergo background and driving-record reviews.

Can a driver refuse service?
Yes. Drivers may decline or end service if the vehicle is unsafe, lacks insurance, illegal activity is requested, conditions are dangerous, or the client behaves inappropriately. No refunds apply if service is terminated for safety reasons.

Who pays for parking, tolls, or tickets?
Clients are responsible for fuel, tolls, parking, and any tickets not caused by driver error.

Do you transport minors?
Yes, with parental/guardian authorization. Child seats must be provided and installed by the client.

What is your service area?
We primarily serve Greater Houston. Travel outside this area may incur additional fees.

Are prepaid hours refundable?
No. Prepaid hours are non-refundable and must be used within the stated period.

Whose insurance applies?
Your vehicle’s insurance is primary. Drive For Me™ maintains supplemental business coverage.

Are you a rideshare company?
No. We are not a taxi, limousine, or rideshare provider. We provide personal driver services operating your vehicle.

By booking, do I agree to these policies?
Yes. Booking any service confirms acceptance of all posted policies.
